This series is for those dancers who have completed Queer Intro to Swing (Everyone Leads/Everyone Follows) or have equivalent experience.
Material will include some of the curriculum from Lindy Hop Essentials (Swing 3 A, B, and C), and will review material from Intro to Swing. This series is designed to give you more material and greater confidence for social dancing.
In the Queer Swing classes we are practicing the policy of Everyone Leads/Everyone Follows (ELEF). We move forward through technique and moves with everyone learning both lead and follow.
May/June series: By popular demand, one more batch of classes before the summer: 5 weeks, rather than the usual 9 for the ELEF format. We will cover all the Swing 3 level material we can, based on the needs, abilities, and requests of the students.
