Join this class for absolute beginner Swing (Lindy hop) dance material, as well as for a refresher of the basics: rhythm, steps, and partner connection.
The Queer Swing classes we are practicing the policy of Everyone Leads/Everyone Follows (ELEF). We move forward through technique and moves with everyone learning both lead and follow.
May/June series: By popular demand, one more batch of classes before the summer: 5 weeks, rather than the usual 9 for the ELEF format. We will cover all the Swing 1 level material we can, based on the needs, abilities, and requests of the students.
